Homogeneous Glass
The self-explosion problem of tempered glass limits its application. homogeneous glass can greatly reduce the self-explosion rate of tempered glass by homogenizing (secondary heat treatment process) tempered glass.
If the temperature is not properly controlled during homogeneous glass processing, it will cause NiS reverse phase transition or incomplete phase transition, and may even cause stress relaxation of the homogeneous glass, affecting the safety performance of the final product.
