Coated Glass

Reflective glass, also known as Sun-E glass, is a flat glass that can reflect the sun's radiant heat. Reflective glass can regulate indoor temperature, reduce the load of cooling and heating devices, and mirror effect of reflective glass can make the building's appearance more beautiful.

Anti-reflective Glass, also known as low-reflection glass or non-reflection glass, anti-glare glass, is a glass substrate with an Anti-reflective film on its surface.

Hard Coating Reflective Glass production at the end of the float production line. a high-temperature chemical vapor deposition process is used to produce glass with high reflectivity for mid- and far-infrared radiation. It is a new type of energy-saving coated glass.

Offline vacuum magnetron sputtering equipment is used to coat the glass surface with multiple layers of metal or other compounds. LOW-E Glass is divided into single silver low-e, double silver low-e, and triple silver low-e according to the number of silver layers. Low-E glass has high reflectivity to far-infrared radiation while maintaining good light transmittance, which can reduce indoor heat loss and maintain indoor temperature.

TCO glass is also called conductive glass and resistance glass.Using high temperature chemical vapor deposition (CVD) technology, a transparent conductive oxide film is deposited on the surface of float glass. TCO glass balances transparency and surface resistance by adjusting the oxide composition.

Different from Hard Coating Reflective Glass, Soft Coating Reflective Glass is coated after the flat glass leaves the factory.
