Product Process Characteristics
Generally, TCO glass is produced by online method, using high temperature chemical vapor deposition process. Transparent conductive film (mainly FTO) is deposited on the surface of float glass with excellent glass flatness.

1.High sunlight transmittance: In order to fully utilize sunlight, TCO glass must maintain a relatively high transmittance
2.Good conductivity: The conductive principle of TCO glass film is to mix trace amounts of other elements into a semiconductor that originally has very weak conductivity, causing significant changes in the conductivity of the semiconductor.
3.Haze stability: TCO glass can improve the scattering ability of transmitted light, which is expressed by haze.
4.The film layer is strong and durable with stable performance: TCO glass generally uses a "hard coating" process, and the film layer has good wear resistance and acid and alkali resistance.
Applications
TCO glass is often used for observation windows in refrigeration facilities and as an auxiliary material for perovskite batteries.
