Clear FLoat Glass
The molten glass flows out of the kiln continuously and floats on the surface of the relatively dense tin liquid. Under the action of gravity and surface tension, the clear float glass liquid spreads on the surface of the tin liquid, making the upper and lower surfaces flat. After the hardening and cooling process, it is led to the transition roller table. The rollers of the roller table rotate, pulling the glass out of the tin bath and into the annealing kiln. After annealing and cutting, clear float glass products are obtained.
