Product Process Characteristics
LOW-E Glass is produced by vacuum magnetron sputtering, so multiple layers of metal and metal compound films are plated on the surface of float glass.
Feature
1.Using raw materials with different compound components, low-e glass with different optical and thermal properties and various visual effects can be formed.
2.The multi-layer film contains one or more special silver-based film layers, which can effectively reduce solar energy absorption or energy control loss and significantly reduce the heat transfer coefficient of glass.
3.Limited by the processing technology and target material composition, the Low-E glass film layer is relatively fragile, easily damaged and oxidized, and cannot be used alone.
Applications
Processed into insulating glass, it is used for doors, windows and curtain walls. It can reasonably utilize sunlight to reduce energy consumption. According to the different transmittance, it can be divided into high-transmittance Low-E glass and sunshade Low-E glass.
