Product Process Characteristics
Reflective glass is usually coated using a chemical vapor deposition (CVD) process.Silicon raw materials are introduced into the high-temperature glass surface in the form of gas for pyrolysis to form a silicon film.
Since the coating material is continuously pyrolyzed and deposited on the surface of the glass substrate at high temperature, the reflective glass coating is firmly bonded to the substrate, and subsequent thermal processing properties such as tempering and hot bending can be performed.
The film layer of reflective glass is divided into three layers: the surface is a protective film, the second layer is a metal or metal oxide, and the inner layer is a dielectric film. By choosing different coating materials, film thickness and number of layers, glass substrate (ordinary is clear float glass or tinted glass), Reflective glass can be processed to obtain different optical properties of reflectivity, absorptivity, transmittance and color.

Applications
